Section 1 Intro — Welcome to Trading Basics

Section 1 starts at the very beginning. Before we discuss strategies, charts, or risk management, the first six videos cover the most basic questions every beginner has but is often too embarrassed to ask: what is trading actually, how does a broker work, what are these candles on the chart, and what kind of orders can I place? By the end of this section, you will have the basic vocabulary and infrastructure understanding that the rest of the course will build on.
